Milling

The milling department includes vertical and horizontal, 3-5-axis working centres, organized with different work setups. This way, Toma S.r.l. can obtain maximum productivity and versatility, even when working on very complex geometries.
Turning
Toma S.r.l.’s commitment to ensuring high quality standards allowed to develop versatile and reliable machinery fleet.
From single-spindle to Swiss-type lathes, and multitasking double-turret, double-spindle lathes, Toma S.r.l. is equipped with the right technology to provide customers with the highest quality and most competitive solutions on the market.
Welding
The welding department allows to manufacture small and medium-sized welded assemblies, ensuring quality, repeatability, and mechanical resistance in the weld seams.
Automated resources and extensive know-how built over time ensure precision and reliability of the manufactured components.
Grinding
For particularly close tolerances and finishes, Toma S.r.l. is equipped with CNC cutting-edge internal and external grinding machines.
Among the available resources stand out two fully-robotised islands supervised by a dedicated team, ensuring full automation of the finishing cycle and absolute accuracy, and allowing to optimize time and costs.
Heat treatments
For components requiring heat treatments, Toma S.r.l. combines an established network of external partners with its induction hardening and tempering systems.
This synergy allows to drastically reduce lead time and ensures direct supervision on the quality of the whole process.
Surface treatments
To meet the highest protection, aesthetics and finishing standards, as per drawing specifications, Toma S.r.l. is equipped with a department in charge of surface finishing.
Automated lines allow for sandblasting and deburring processes to be carried out in order to meet all the specifications requested by the Customer.
